Where to get dog grooming in Yerevan

What grooming can include

Dog grooming may include bathing, drying, brushing, coat care and other hygiene procedures. The right routine depends on the dog's breed, coat type and condition. Not every dog needs a haircut.

Choosing a groomer

Before booking, tell the groomer about your dog's size, coat, age and behaviour. Mention if your pet is afraid of water, dryers, clippers or unfamiliar people. A good groomer should take the dog's stress level seriously.

Puppies can be introduced gradually to brushing, gentle handling of paws and ears, and grooming sounds. At home, avoid cutting mats close to the skin or using products that are not intended for pets.

If your dog has irritated skin, wounds, severe itching or another health concern, see a veterinarian first. Groomers provide coat and hygiene care, not medical treatment. You can find groomers and veterinary professionals in the Petty directory.
